Hardware Setup-

» Connect your oscilloscope to the OAP and OBP SMA connector.

» Connect the OBN SMA output to the extermal trigger input of the oscilloscope.

» Connect the OAN SMA output to a spectrum analyzer.

» Plug the 12V power adapter into the power jack.

» Connect the SYN101 board to your PC with the USB cable.

» The setup schematic is shown below:

» If you have set up everything correctly, you should see the start-up waveforms output on your oscilloscope and your spectrum analyzer.

The start-up frequency is one sixteenth of the input clock.
